Being based in Wigan puts most of the North West within easy reach, which keeps site visits, progress meetings and follow-up checks practical. The buildings vary a great deal across the region, from Victorian mills converted into flats and older school buildings to modern warehouses along the motorway network, and each brings its own fire, asbestos and building safety questions.
